There are 14 States that have Non-Profit exemptions, for Licensing and Fire Code compliance, of certain types of Church ministries. Local, State, and Federal Fire/Lifety Codes require written Fire Safety Plans to be made available at all times, as well as, posted Evacuation Plans to be posted throughout Church Facilities that may be operating a Christian School (E Occupancy), Bible Colleges (B Occupancy equipped with a Building Fire Alarm System) Rehabilitation Care Home (I Occupancy), and Family Life Centers/Gyms (A Occupancy).
